PAYMENT PROCESS

Once we agree on the scope and package, you pay 50% to kick off the project. This covers the discovery call, strategy, and full design phase — from brief to approved Figma designs.

The remaining 50% is due on launch day — after you have reviewed and approved the finished website. You only pay the second half when you are completely happy with the final result.

We accept payment via Paypal, Wise, and Western Union — all internationally trusted payment methods for clients across the US, UK, Canada, and Europe. Secure. Fast. No bank transfer complications.

If you are not happy with the designs at the review stage — we refund your deposit in full. No questions. No arguments. We only proceed to development when you are genuinely excited about the designs.

No — never. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fees. No platform charges to keep your site live. No surprise invoices after launch. The only additional costs you may encounter are third-party services you choose to add — such as an IDX subscription, premium plugins, or a domain name — and we always flag these clearly before the project begins.
No. Every website we build is on WordPress — meaning your hosting is separate from our development fee. Most of our packages include 1–2 years of hosting. After that, standard WordPress hosting costs between $5 and $30 per month depending on your provider. There is no platform subscription to keep your site online — unlike Luxury Presence, Real Geeks, or Placester, where your site disappears if you stop paying.
Yes. You can upgrade your package at any point before development begins. Once development has started, additional pages or features are quoted as add-ons at a clear hourly rate. We always confirm any additional cost in writing before proceeding.
Our standard structure is 50% upfront and 50% on launch. For larger projects — Premium packages and above — we can discuss a three-stage payment structure on request. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Hosting included in our packages covers server space, SSL certificate, and basic technical support for the duration of the included period. We host on reliable cloud infrastructure with strong uptime guarantees. After the included period, hosting continues at a standard rate or you are free to move to any host of your choice — you own the site outright.
Two rounds of design revisions are included in every package — at the design stage, before development begins. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are charged at a clear hourly rate. After launch, content changes are covered by our maintenance plans or quoted as one-off support tasks.
