The Challenge
Daniel Alleje had already done the hard creative work. As the founder of PropertySurf Realty — a forward-thinking brokerage covering key real estate markets across Antipolo, Rizal, San Vicente Palawan, and Metro Manila — he knew exactly what he wanted his brand to look and feel like. He had invested time and creative energy into a full UI/UX design that captured his agency’s unique positioning: making real estate fun, engaging, and accessible for a new generation of Filipino property buyers and investors.

Our job was clear from day one — take Daniel’s carefully crafted UI/UX design and build it into a fully functional, high-performance WordPress website without losing a single pixel of the original vision.
We began with a thorough review of every design file, mapping out the full site architecture before writing a line of code. Every section, every layout, every interaction was replicated with precision — from the bold hero section to the property listing cards, community area pages, team
profiles, and contact experience. The result was a website that looked and felt exactly as Daniel had envisioned it.
With the design foundation in place, we built out the full property management system — uploading and organising all 177 property listings across PropertySurf’s key markets: Antipolo, Eastland Heights, Sun Valley, Parkridge Estates, Town and Country Estates, San Vicente Palawan, and Lialto Beach and Golf Estates. Each listing was structured with consistent formatting, clear pricing, property details, and photography — giving buyers everything they needed to make informed decisions directly on the site.
We then built out the supporting pages that make a real estate website work beyond just listings — About, Buy, Sell, The Team, and a full set of community and area guide pages, each optimised for local search terms to help PropertySurf rank for the specific neighbourhoods they cover.
To complete the system, we integrated a lead capture framework throughout the site — strategic call-to-action placements, enquiry forms on listing pages, and a newsletter sign-up to grow Daniel’s buyer database over time. Every form was connected and tested before launch.
Finally, the entire site was optimised for mobile responsiveness and performance — ensuring fast load times, clean display across all screen sizes, and a strong technical SEO foundation to support PropertySurf’s long-term organic growth in the Philippine property market.
